三维能量多普勒血管成像在诊断甲状腺功能亢进中的应用

摘    要:目的探讨三维能量多普勒血管成像(3D-PDA)及其定量参数在甲状腺功能亢进(甲亢)诊断中的应用。方法应用3D-PDA对30例甲亢患者(病例组)和30例正常人(对照组)甲状腺进行检查,获得直方图及定量指标,进行对比分析,并对这些指标与甲状腺功能参数作Pearson相关分析。结果病例组3D-PDA表现与对照组明显不同。病例组的各定量指标均明显高于对照组(P〈0.05),且与甲状腺功能指标有相关性。结论3D-PDA可以定性定量判定甲状腺腺体的回声水平和血流情况,可作为二维超声的有益补充,对正确诊断甲亢和指导临床治疗具有重要意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the value on patients with hyperthyroidism using three-dimensional power Doppler angiography (3D-PDA). MethodsThirty patients with Hyperthyroidism and 30 normal subjects were examined by 3D-PDA. The region of interest (ROI) was defined, and the histogram and quantification index were obtained. The quantification index included the mean gray (MG), vascularization index (VI), flow index (FI), and vascularization flow index (VFI). Then we analyzed the relationship between each indices and thyroid function parameters. ResultsThere were significant differences between image patterns of patients and normal subjects. The values of MG, VI, FI and VFI in patients with hyperthyroidism were much higher than those of control group. They all had positive correlation with FT3, while VI, VFI had negative correlation with TSH. Conclusion 3D-PDA is a relatively new technique to assess the blood flow quantitatively. It may provide useful information in the diagnosis and treatment of hyperthyroidism.
