对^14C呼气试验患者进行心理干预的效果分析

^14C-呼气试验是近年来发展起来的非侵入性的Hp重要检查方法，虽然该检查无创伤、无痛苦、无交叉感染，但由于禁食，口服药物等，患者存在许多心理问题，我们对不同年龄、不同文化程度、不同经济状况和不同病情的患者采取不同的交流和沟通技巧，根据患者不同心理问题实施相应心理干预，取得良好效果。

Efficacy of Mental Intervention for Patients Receiving 14C-urea Breath Test

14C-urea breath test is one of the major examination methods for the non-invasive detection of Hp in recent years. Although this method is non-invasive, pain-free and without cross infection, yet there exsit many mental problems caused by fasting diet and oral administration.In this paper we adopted varying communicative skills on the basis of various ages, cultural levels, economic status, and disease conditions, and performed corresponding mental interventions according to differing mental problems, and favorable results were achieved.
