| 摘 要： | 反义寡核苷酸具有高特异性、靶向性、无毒性等特有的优点,近年来一直是抗肿瘤、抗病毒领域研究的热点。为恶性肿瘤的治疗提供了一种新方法。本文就以survivin为靶点的反义寡核苷酸的作用机制及与胰腺癌关系进行综述。

| Abstract: | Survivin Antisense Oligonucleotides has the advantages of high specificity,targeting effect and non toxic and so on. It is also the Hot Research of anti-tumor and anti-virus. At the same time, it provide a new way for the therapy of malignant tumors. This article reviews progress about the mechanism of Survivin Antisense Oligonucleotides and the relation with the Pancreatic Cancer. |
