莲房中金丝桃苷的分离鉴定及药材质量标准研究

目的制定莲房药材质量标准,为该药资源的开发利用提供科学依据。方法药材对照品的分离鉴定,建立TLC鉴别方法及HPLC含量测定方法。结果分离得到对照品金丝桃苷;TLC鉴别斑点清晰;HPLC含量测定金丝桃苷在0.0416～0.832μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.5%（n=6）。结论可较全面反映其内在质量,为有效评价莲房质量和开发莲房资源提供依据。

The Research on the Isolation and Identification of Hyperin in Receptaculum Nelumbinis and Quality Standard of Receptaculum Nelumbinis

Objective To establish the quality standard of the Receptaculum Nelumbinis to provide the science evidence for the development and exploitation of the resources of this herb.Method The reference substance had been isolated and identified.The TLC identified method and the HPLC assaying method had been established.Results The reference substance Hyperin had been successfully isolated and TLC differential spots were distinct.The linear correlation of the Hyperin determined by HPLC method was good in the range of 0.0416～0.832 μg.The average recovery rate of Hyperin was 99.5%（n=6）.Conclusions It can overall reflect the internal quality control,effectively estimate the quality of Receptaculum Nelumbinis and provide the evidence for the developing the resources of Receptaculum Nelumbinis.
