摘    要:目的]研究黑胡椒中胡椒碱的提取工艺。方法]采用正交试验,以胡椒碱的提取率作为评价指标,对黑胡椒中胡椒碱提取工艺进行优化。结论]所考察的各因素中,黑胡椒的提取工艺各因素的影响程度为:乙醇浓度〉提取时间〉溶剂倍数,最佳水平搭配为A3B1C2。
