计划免疫接种率评价方法与应用探索

为了探索计划免疫接种率评价方法 ,以自治区统计局出生率计算的整体评估法、两个互为独立系统的捕获 标记 再捕获法和就诊儿童漏卡率调查预测法 ,对计划免疫接种率评价做了比较。结果显示 :整体评估法可宏观上推动全局 ,但不便于分类指导 ;捕获 标记 再捕获法相对灵活快捷 ,但指导面欠宽 ;就诊儿童漏卡率调查预测法以其既能宏观部署分类指导 ,又能触动局部见长 ,对大规模强化普种的规划安排和督导尤为适用。以整体评估法带动全局 ,以捕获 标记 再捕获法督导局部 ,以就诊儿童漏卡率调查预测法对大规模强化普种活动具体分类部署强化执行 ,三法相辅相成 ,使计划免疫工作可持续发展

The Experience on Studying and Applying Assessment Methods for Evaluation of Immunization Coverage Rate in Guangxi

Trying to find out methods reliable,suitable and feasible for immunization coverage rate assessment,three methods were applied and studied in Guangxi.The results showed that the provincal Birth Rate Assessing is suitable to be applied focusing on the whole province immunization promotion druing the administrative and professional conference;the Capture-Mark-Recapture is suitable for glass-root supervision and promotion and the Missing Survey and Target Estimation Method is suitable for mass campaign planning and implementing. These three kinds immunization coverage assessment method were delivered based on different situations and different missions make high immunization coverage achievement pocsible and sustainable.
