建立具有中国特色的继续医学教育模式——谈开展我国继续医学教育存在的问题及对策

开展继续医学教育,适应新形势的发展,建立具有中国特色的继续医学教育模式,是当前医学教育改革中一个重大课题。就我国目前继续医学教育中存在的问题,分析和总结了国外开展继续医学教育的经验,提出开展我国继续医学教育的对策:更新观念、制定政策、分级管理、形式多样。

Staff Education in Hospitals

For staff's continuing medical education to suit the development of hospital services.it is workable to encourage, test,use various innovative combinations of standardized curricula plus a wide variety of supplementary courses, in adaptation to concrete conditions of culturally, economically and geographically diverse range of communities; it is permissible to seek for means of cultivating talented professionals above and beyond routine; it is suggested to create conditions in which every professional has fair chance to develop abilities and fit into work in ways that secure the highest possible degree of professional fulfillment,and at the same time,best serve social benefits.
