| 摘 要： | 目的:选择适当的术式治疗女性压力性尿失禁。方法:将2007年1月~2009年8月住院确诊为压力性尿失禁的52名患者分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用尿道耻骨宫颈筋膜折迭缝合术(Kelly’s opera-tion);实验组采用经闭孔尿道中段无张力悬吊术(tension free sapport for incontinerce obturator,TVT-O)评价两组临床疗效。结果:TVT-O手术方式手术时间短、出血少,有效率达100%。结论:经闭孔尿道中段无张力悬吊术是治疗女性压力性尿失禁行之有效的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To select the appropriate operation style of treating stress urinary incontinence(SUI) of female.Methods:52 patients with SUI were divided into control and experiment group in maternal and child health hospital of Jiaozuo city from January 2007 to August 2009.The Kelly's operation was used in the control group use,and the tension free vaginal tape-obturator(TVT-O) was used in the experiment group,and then the clinical effects was evaluated in two groups.Results:The shorter time,less blood and 100% effective were observed in the TVT-O operation.Conclusion: The TVT-O operation is an effective method to treat stress urinary incontinence. |
