| Abstract: | For inquiring into the concrete content on the building up of the talent team in the clinical departments, the measures are expounded in this article, according to practice experience, builing suitable environment of the talent growth, constituting the suitable approaches of the talent competing and developing mechanism and widening talent training, and so on. These measures have provided experiences for building up of the talent team in the clinical department. |
