随意型筋膜皮瓣修复小腿难愈创面临床观察

目的:探讨随意筋膜皮瓣修复小腿难愈创面的治疗效果。方法:于小腿各种难愈创面附近设计邻位的随意型筋膜皮瓣,皮瓣面积为3.0cm×4.5cm～8cm×15cm,于深筋膜下层切取皮瓣,转移覆盖创面缺损。结果:本组24例患者,切口均I期愈合,皮瓣全部成活,随访6个月～1年,术区形态满意,局部平整,无明显"猫耳朵"形成,切口瘢痕不明显。结论:应用邻位的随意型筋膜皮瓣修复小腿各种难愈创面,方法简便易行,手术安全,皮瓣易切取,操作简单,远期效果好。

Random fasciocutaneous flap repair refractory wound in legs

Objective：To investigate the repairing effects of random fasciocutaneous flap for refractory wound in legs.Methods：Fasciocutaneous flaps of（3.0×4.5）~（8×15）cm2 in proper shapes were obtained from the deep layer of deep fascia near the patients＇ calf and were used for covering the wound.Results：All the 24 patients got I stage incision healing effects,and all the transferred flaps were successful.According to 6 month to 1 year follow up,the morphology of the surgical region were flat and satisfied,no cat-ear shaped mark was observed and scars were not obvious for all patients.Conclusion：Repairing refractory wound in the leg with random fasciocutaneous flap is a safe and convenient surgery with good long-term effects..
