界首市婚前保健服务情况调查分析

为了解婚前保健对象生殖健康水平 ,探讨婚前保健的意义及促进婚前保健工作措施落实 ,1 997～ 1 999年对界首市 1 2 2 79名青年男女婚前保健服务情况进行统计分析 ,结果显示 ,通过婚前医学检查疾病检出率平均为 2 2 .7% ,生殖系统疾病发病率占 1 5.6% ,性传播疾病发生率 0 .72 % ,且增长较快。对所有检出疾病者进行分类指导 ,健康教育受教率达 1 0 0 %。提示 ,婚前保健是青年男女生殖健康的基础 ,是对他们进行生殖健康教育的最佳时期 ,是优生监督、提高人口素质的关键环节。因此必须加大宣传力度 ,争取政府重视 ,部门协作 ,加强监督管理 ,以更好地发挥婚前保健的作用

Analysis of Premarital Health Care Services in Jieshou City

In order to understand reproduction health level of premarital health care objects and study significance of premarital health care and promote the work, the data of 12279 young men and young women premarital health care from 1997 to 1999 in Jieshou were analyzed statistically. The results showed that through premarital examination, the average detection rate of diseases was 22.8%. Incidence of genital system was 15.6% and incidence of STD was 0.72%. All cases were guided according to different situation. Health education rate of young men and young women who received premarital health care reached 100%. Thus, premarital health care is foundation of young men and young women reproduction health. It is also the best time to educate them. It is a key link of eugenic monitoring and population quality improvement. In order to take advantage of premarital health care, the propaganda should be intensified so as to make government pay great importance to the work and make the related departments cooperated.
