摘    要:Mifepristone( RU4 86) is a synthetic steroid thatacts mainly as a progesteroneantagonist and also affects the level of estrogen receptor[1 ,2 ] .Although at present,the clinical dosage for termination of early pregnancy is decreased to 1 50~ 2 0 0 mg,there are still some side effects such as bleeding,abdominal pain,weakness andthose on digestive system.Anordrin has an anti-implantation action.
