腺苷A_1受体心肌保护分子机制的研究进展

摘    要:腺苷及其受体与心肌保护的相关性研究比较早。腺苷的效应主要通过结合于心肌细胞和血管内皮细胞的受体而产生,腺苷A1受体激活后其通过复杂的信号转导机制引起心肌细胞多种心肌保护蛋白的产生,从而产生心肌保护作用,其信号转导的分子机制是目前研究的热点。文章综述了腺苷A1受体对心肌保护的分子机制的研究进展。

Abstract:The research of adenosine and its A1 receptor is quite early in the study of cardiac protection.It works though the receptors binding around myocardial cells and vascular endothelial cells.The Activation of adenosine A1 receptor induces all kinds of cardiac protection protein though complex signal transduction mechanism,which is focus of the current research focus.This article gives an overview about the research the progress of adenosine A1 receptor molecule mechanism in cardiac protection.
