| 摘 要： | 目的:了解精神分裂症患者的执行功能,并探讨其与精神症状的关系。方法:采用手册式伦敦塔(TOL)测验对精神分裂症患者及健康对照组进行测试,以阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评定精神分裂症患者的精神症状。结果:①患者组TOL测验正确回答的数目显著少于对照组(P<0.01)。②患者的正确回答数目与PANSS中阴性症状因子、兴奋敌对因子、认知缺损因子得分呈负相关关系(P<0.01;P<0.05;P<0.01);与阳性症状因子、焦虑抑郁因子得分无明显相关性(P>0.05)。结论:精神分裂症患者执行功能受损,且与其阴性症状、兴奋敌对和认知缺损维度存在较高的相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the executive function in schizophrenia and the relationship with psychiatric symptoms.Methods: The Tower of London(TOL) test and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS) were used.Results: The numbers of the correct answer during the TOL test were significantly less than the control group.The scores of TOL in the schizophrenia patients were correlated with the scores of the negative component,the cognitive component and the excitement/hostility component of PANSS respectively(P<0.01,P<0.05,and P<0.01,respectively),and were not significantly correlated with the scores of the positive component and the depression/anxiety component(both P>0.05).Conclusion: The executive function of schizophrenia patients is impaired and significantly correlated with the dimension of the negative symptoms,the excitement/hostility and the cognitive defection respectively. |
