逆行胰胆管造影术在胆道良性疾病治疗中的应用

目的:探讨内镜下逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)在胆道良性疾病治疗中的临床特点。方法:选择胆道良性疾病患者22例,其中胆道结石15例,胆道狭窄1例,胆道蛔虫6例。对患者采用ERCP进行治疗。结果:本组患者22例,手术成功20例,成功率90.91%,失败2例,失败率9.09%。3例(13.64%)出现并发症,其中胆道感染1例,乳头切开口出血1例,急性胰腺炎1例,无死亡。结论:ERCP能够有效治疗胆总管结石、胆道狭窄及胆道蛔虫等胆道良性疾病,具有创伤小、治愈率高、并发症少、无相关死亡率的优点。

Application of ERCP in the Treatment of Benign Diseases of Biliary Tract

Objective:To evaluate the clinical application of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)in the treatment of benign diseases of biliary tract.Methods:The clinical data of 22 cases of benign biliary tract diseases underwent ERCP were retrospectively studied,including 15cases of bile duct stones,one case of bile duct stricture,and 6 cases of biliary ascariasis.Results:Of the 22 cases,20 cases had successful operation,and the success rate is 90.91%.Three cases(13.64%)had complications,including one case of biliary tract infection,one case of bleeding after papillotomy,and one case of acute pancreatitis.No death occurred peri-operation.Conclusion:ERCP can be effectively treated for common bile duct stones,bile duct stricture,benign biliary ascariasis and other biliary tract diseases,with milder trauma,higher cure rate and less complications.
