| 摘 要： | 作为一种多功能细胞因子,肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)与乳腺癌关系密切。近期国内外研究表明,在实验性乳腺癌研究方面,TNF-α通过调节血管形成、活性氧、趋化因子、NF-κB等多种途径在乳腺癌的侵袭和转移中发挥重要作用;临床应用方面,TNF-α在乳腺癌治疗中存在争议,但有潜力应用于乳腺癌预后检测。

| Abstract: | As a multifunctional cytokine,tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α) is closely related with breast cancer.Recent research has shown that in experimental studies,TNF-α plays an important role in the invasion and metastasis of breast cancer through regulating angiogenesis,reactive oxygen species,chemokines,and NF-κB.In clinical application,there is a debate on whether TNF-α is effective in the treatment of breast cancer,but it may be used as a marker for monitoring the clinical course.In this paper,we review the research progress of TNF-α in the progression of breast cancer. |
