小檗碱对高脂饲料所致大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝的保护作用

摘    要:目的:观察小檗碱对高脂饲料所致非酒精性脂肪肝的影响。方法:采用高脂饲料建立大鼠脂肪肝模型,治疗组分别灌胃给予小檗碱100和200 mg/kg。4周后,处死动物,检测肝指数、抗氧化功能、血清及肝脏中脂质含量等指标。结果:小檗碱能改善大鼠肝指数,明显降低血清及肝匀浆中甘油三酯含量,下调血清游离脂肪酸含量,提高肝匀浆超氧化物岐化酶活性。结论:小檗碱对高脂饲料所致大鼠非酒精性脂肪肝具有一定的保护作用,其机制与调节血脂、提高肝脏抗氧化能力有关。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the protective effects of berberine on nonalcoholic fatty liver induced by high-fat diet in rats.Methods:Fatty liver disease model was established by feeding rats with high-fat diet.The therapeutic groups were administered with berberine by gavage at the dose of 100 and 200 mg/kg daily.After four weeks,all rats were sacrificed.Liver index,anti-oxidative function,blood and liver lipid were assayed.Results:Berberine decreased the liver index,reduced the content of serum and hepatic triglycerides,lowered the serum free fatty acid level,and increased liver homogenate SOD activity of rats with fatty liver.Conclusion:Bererine can protect rats from nonalcoholic fatty liver disease induced by high-fat diet maybe through lowering blood lipid level and improving hepatic anti-oxidative capability.
