阴茎包埋对大鼠阴茎海绵体缝隙连接蛋白43表达的影响

目的:探讨阴茎包埋对阴茎海绵体组织缝隙连接蛋白43(Cx43)表达的影响。方法:通过建立隐匿阴茎大鼠模型获得实验标本,分2月组、4月组,每组25只大鼠,各阶段又分包埋组(15只),正常组(10只),光镜下观察海绵体形态结构的改变,免疫组化法观察海绵体平滑肌细胞Cx43的表达。结果:2月包埋组与2月正常组相比Cx43的表达无明显变化(吸光度值0.30±0.04比0.34±0.11,P>0.05),包埋4月组光镜下见大鼠阴茎海绵体大量间质组织增生,海绵窦狭窄,免疫组化观察包埋4月组大鼠阴茎海绵体平滑肌Cx43表达较正常组明显降低(正常4月组吸光度值0.38±0.06;包埋4月组0.18±0.03,P<0.05)。结论:随着包埋时间的延长,阴茎包埋导致海绵体形态结构上的病理改变、Cx43表达减少,可能引起阴茎勃起功能障碍。

Changes of Expression of Connexin 43 in Corpus Cavernosum of Rats with Concealed Penis

Objective: To investigate the effects of concealed penis on the expression of connexin 43 protein in corpus cavernosum of rats.Methods: The experimental models of concealed penis were established by intra-pocket-suture of the root of penis.A total of 50 rats were equally divided into two groups of two and four months old respectively,and rats in each stage was further divided into the buried and normal penis groups.The expression of connexin 43 was measured by immunohistochemistry.Results: Compared with the normal group and 2-month buried group,the 4-month buried group had significant pathological changes.Abnormal arrangement of endothelial and smooth muscle cell was observed by light microscope.The cavernous sinus became narrower,and around them,connective tissue increased.The expression of connexin 43 protein in the cavernous tissues was significantly lower in the 4-month buried group than in the normal group(0.18±0.03 vs.0.38±0.06,P<0.05).Conclusion: As burying time goes on,concealed penis can affect the morphology of corpus cavernosnm and the expression of connexin 43 protein decreases.
