血浆降钙素基因相关肽和内皮素水平与烧伤后消化道溃疡的相关性

目的:探讨烧伤患者血浆降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)和内皮素(ET)水平与烧伤后消化道溃疡的相关性。方法:采用放射免疫法测定61例烧伤患者、51例烧伤后消化道溃疡患者和30例对照组血浆CGRP、ET水平。结果:烧伤患者血浆CGRP水平为(27.18±11.21)ng/L、烧伤后消化道溃疡患者血浆CGRP水平为(22.64±10.42)ng/L,显著低于正常对照组(60.31±26.17)ng/L(P<0.01);烧伤患者血浆ET水平为(103.31±38.51)ng/L、烧伤后消化道溃疡患者血浆ET水平为(290.34±57.10)ng/L,显著高于正常对照组(40.61±11.51)ng/L(P<0.01)。结论:血浆CGRP/ET之间平衡紊乱可能在烧伤后消化道溃疡的发生机制中具有重要作用。

Changes of Serum Calcitonin Gene-Related Peptide and Endothelin in Relation to Peptic Ulcer After Burn

Objective:To investigate the relation between the levels of serum calcitonin gene-related peptide(CGRP)/endothelin(ET)and after-burn peptic ulcer.Methods:The levels of serum CGRP and ET from 61cases of burn without peptic ulcer,51cases of burn with peptic ulcer,and 30 normal subjects were detected by radioimmunoassay.Results:The serum CGRP levels were(27.18±11.21)and(22.64±10.42)ng/L respectively for the groups of burn without and with peptic ulcer,and both were significantly lower than that of normal group(both P<0.01).The levels of serum ET were(103.31±38.51)ng/L and(290.34±57.10)ng/L respectively for the two burn groups and both were much higher than that of normal group(both P<0.01).Conclusion:There may be a relationship between the balance disorder of CGRP/ET and after-burn peptic ulcer.
