| 摘 要： | 目的]观察两种不同进针角度在桡动脉抽血时的成功率。方法]对54例糖尿病酮症酸中毒病人随机采用30°～45°进针法(对照组)和垂直进针法(观察组)抽取桡动脉血,观察两组一次穿刺成功率、疼痛及淤血淤斑发生情况。结果]观察组一次穿刺成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),而发生疼痛、淤血淤斑情况两组比较差异无统计学意义。结论]垂直进针法可提高桡动脉抽血成功率。
