人工晶状体植入术后人工晶状体前膜的形成、处理与预防

目的：探讨后房型人工晶状体植入术后人工晶状体前膜的形成、治疗和预防。方法：对白内障摘除后房型人工晶状体植入手术328例进行了回顾性分析，发生人工晶状体前膜18例，占5．5％，均经过抗炎，散瞳，热敷，激素等综合治疗。结果：18例人工晶状体前膜全部吸收，视力恢复良好。结论：早期发现，早期处置，这样减少或避免白内障术后人工晶状体前膜形成的并发症是可能的。

Occurrenec,treatment and prevention for the exudative pupillary membrane on the anterior surface of the intraocular lenses after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation

Objective:To investigate the exudative pupillary membrane on the anterier surface of intraocular lenses after posterior chamber intraocular lens implantation.Methods:Of 328 cases having undertaken extracapsular cataract extraction and intraocular lens implantation,the exudative pupillary membrane developed in 18 cases.The rate of occurrence was 5.5%.Antibiotic,mydriasis,fomentation and corticosteroid were effective in their treatments.Results:the exudative pupillary membrane in 18 cases were absorbed within 10 days,the visual acuity was not affected.Conclusions:It is possible to decrease or avoid the occurrence of the exudative pupillary membrane with early discovery and treatment of it.
