血红素氧合酶-1/一氧化碳系统与急性肺损伤

摘    要:血红素氧合酶-1/一氧化碳(HO-1/CO)系统在多种应激状态下诱导产生,通过抗氧化、抗炎、抗凋亡等机制发挥组织器官保护作用,基因治疗、药物诱导HO-1高表达或外源性CO可能成为治疗多种疾病的新途径。本文就HO-1/CO系统的产生、调控及在急性肺损伤中的表达和作用简要综述。

Abstract:Heme Oxygenase-1/Carbon Monoxide system(HO-1/CO) is induced by various stimuli and stresses,which exerts cytoprotection through antioxidation,antiinflammatory and antiapoptosis.Upregulation of HO-1 through gene therapy and pharmacological induction as well as exogenous carbon monoxide may provide new way for future disease therapy.This article summarize HO-1/CO about its production,regulation and its expression and effect in acute lung injury.
