| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨静脉药物配置中心和药师在医院临床药学中的作用。方法：介绍上海交通大学附属第一人民医院静脉药物配置中心的工作概况，分析不合理的处方和工作中遇到的问题。结果：通过将静脉输注药物集中配置，加强了对约品的管理，保证了输液的质量。结论：通过药师对临床合理用药的监控，确保用药安全有效，充分发挥了药师在医院药学中的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the pharmacy intravenous admixture service(PIVAS) of hospitals and the role of pharmacists in the hospital pharmacy.Methods: The general situation of PIVAS of the First People's Hospital of Shanghai was introduced,and some problems and faults in medical orders were investigated.Results: The centralized admixture of intravenous drugs had enhanced the management of drugs and ensured the quality of infusion fluids.Conclusion: By the pharmacists' examination of clinical intravenous drugs used,the safety and effectiveness of clinical intravenous drugs can be ensured and the pharmacists' role can be brought into full play in the hospital pharmacy. |
