| 摘 要： | 目的 :研究脑损伤后血液及胃液生长激素变化的趋势 ,为颅脑损伤的营养护理模式提出依据。方法 :利用脑损伤动物模型观察伤后不同时间空腹和进食后血液及胃液生长激素的变化情况。结果 :脑损伤急性期生长激素含量明显增加 ,但这种作用会由于进食而被抵消 ,随着病情好转逐渐下降。生长激素急剧升高 ,提示消化道出血的可能。结论 :动态观察血液及胃液中生长激素的含量 ,对急性颅脑损伤的病情观察、并发症预防及营养护理有指导意义

| Abstract: | Gastrin(GAS) can stimulate gastric acid secretion,increase blood volume and nutrition of gastric mucosa.There is less report about content of GAS in blood and juice after cerebral hemorrhage in different stage,so cerebral hemorrhage mode was used to research this problem.Researchers hope it can be useful to clinical observation and nutrition nursing.It was found that GAS secretion increased after cerebral hemorrhage,but decreased in 30 min after eating. Conclusion:It was concluded that through adjustment,the gastrointestinal lesion and absorption of mild and moderate cerebral hemorrhage in acute stage can be improued, the content of GAS in blood and gastric juice can be dropped down,the complications can be decerase.
