| 摘 要： | 在分析卫生信息化建设对医学信息人才需求的基础上，从培养目标的定位、教学团队建设、优化课程教学体系结构、更新教学方式方法、完善实践能力培养体系等方面介绍了湖北医药学院信息管理与信息系统专业的人才培养模式改革。为高校培养医学信息人才提供有益的借鉴与参考。

| Abstract: | After the need of medical information professionals was analyzed, the reform of training model for medical information professionals in Department of Information Management and Information System, Hubei Medical and Pharmaceutical College, was described in aspects of the position of its training target, construction of its teaching team, optimization of its course teaching system structure, updating of its teaching methods, and improvement of its practical ability training system in order to provide certain beneficial experiences and reference for the training of medical information professionals in higher education institutions. |
