不同剂量辛伐他汀调脂疗效的对比研究

目的 :观察不同剂量辛伐他汀对高脂血症患者的降脂疗效。方法 :116例高脂血症患者随机分为 2组 :① 5mg组 :辛伐他汀 ,5mg ,口服 ,每晚 1次 ;② 2 0mg组 :辛伐他汀 ,2 0mg ,口服 ,每晚 1次。用药前、用药后 2周和 8周分别检测血脂水平。结果 :辛伐他汀治疗后第 2周 ,相对治疗前水平 ,2 0mg组血清Tch、LDL C和TG明显下降 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,而 5mg组上述指标无明显变化 (P <0 .0 5 )。治疗后第 8周 ,两组上述指标较治疗前水平均明显下降 (P <0 .0 5 )。两组的血清HDL C和LP(a)水平在治疗后相对各自未治疗水平均无明显改变 (P <0 .0 5 )。经相关分析 ,2 0mg组Tch、LDL C及TG降低幅度明显高于 5mg组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :2 0mg剂量辛伐他汀的降脂疗效优于 5mg剂量。

Efficacy of Simvastatin on Serum Lipid in Patients with Hyperlipidemia

Objective:To observe the efficacy of two doses of simvastatin on serum lipid in patients with hyperlipidemia. Methods:116 patients with hyperlipidemia were randomized to be allocated for two groups:(1)Group 5 mg(simvastatin,5 mg,po,qn);(2)Group 20 mg (simvastatin,20 mg,po,qn).All the indexes including total cholesterol (Tch), triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL C) and lipoprotein a(LP(a)) were measured before treatment,after treatment 2 weeks and 8 weeks. Results:(1) At the 2nd week, the levels of serum Tch,TG and LDL C were significantly lowered in Group 20 mg(P<0.05),and did not vary in Group 5mg(P>0.05) compared with throse before treatment.At the 8nd week ,the three measures all decreased famously compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).The serum HDL C and LP(a) did not vary obviously in both Group 5mg and Group 20mg (P>0.05);(2)the absolute reduction of serum TC, LDL C and TG in Group 20 mg were more higher than those in Group 5 mg(P<0.05). Conclusions:It is suggested that 20 mg simvastatin may has the better efficacy of decreasing serum lipid than that of 5 mg simvastatin.
