骨疽消颗粒治疗慢性外伤性骨髓炎疗效观察

为观察骨疽消颗粒治疗慢性外伤性骨髓炎的疗效及毒副作用。将76例慢性外伤性骨髓炎病人随机分为治疗组(36例)和对照组(40例)。治疗组口服骨疽消颗粒,采用中西医结合疗法,对照组不应用骨疽消颗粒治疗。比较治疗前后两组在治愈率、复发率、症状体征、实验室检查、X线指标等方面的差异。治疗组有效率97。2％,复发率5．6％;对照组有效率85％,复发率17．5％,两者有显著差异(P＜0．05)。提示骨疽消颗粒有效消除局部症状体征,抑制局部细菌生长,降低WBC、N、ESR和CRP,提高Hb和RBC,改善骨质,且与对照组有明显差别。治疗组治疗后机体免疫系统有明显改善。表明骨疽消颗粒治疗慢性外伤性骨髓炎疗效优于对照组,其作用机制与其抗菌、改善整体状况、提高机体免疫、改善微据环等作用有关。

A THERAPEUTIC-EFFECT OBSERVATION ON THE TREATMENT OF CHRONIC TRAUMATIC OSTEOMYELITIS BY "GUJUXIAO KELI"

In order to observe the therapeutic effect and toxic side-effect of "GUJUXIAO KELI" (GXK,Caries-removing Granules) on chronic traumatic osteomyelitis (CTO),76 cases of CTO were randomly divided into two groups: the treated (n=36 cases) and the control (n=40 cases),which were treated by GXK and TCM-WM methods and by no GXK,respectively,and the differences of the two groups in the curative rate,recurrent rate,symptoms and signs and the indices of laboratory and radiological examinations were compared before and after the treatment. The results showed that the effective and recurrent rates of the treated were 97.2 % and 5.6 %,respectively,while those of the control were 85 % and 17.5 %,respectively with a significant difference (P<0.05),suggesting that GXK functions to remove the local symptoms and signs effectively,to inhibit the local bacteria growth,to reduce WBC,N,ESR and CRP,and to improve Hb,RBC and the substance of bone with a significant difference from the control group. The immune system in the treated group was remarkably improved after the treatment,indicating that GXK has an advantage over the control group in the therapeutic effect on CTO. The action mechanism of GXK may be related to its function of resisting bacteria,improving the conditions of the whole body,the immune system and the microcirculation of the body.
