| 摘 要： | 卒中后抑郁是急性卒中最常见的并发症之一,严重影响卒中患者的神经功能恢复,其相关因素繁多复杂,主要包括生物学因素和社会心理学因素。通过研究其相关因素,可以了解卒中后抑郁的流行趋势,指导其早期预防和治疗。

| Abstract: | Poststroke depression (PSD) is one of the most common complications in acute stroke. It seriously influences the recovery in patients with stroke. Its related factors are various and complicated, mainly including the factors of biology and social psychology. By studying its related factors we may understand the prevalent tendency of PSD and guide its early prevention and treatment. |
