慢性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者胃粘膜细胞凋亡及相关蛋白的研究

目的：探讨脾胃湿热证患者胃粘膜细胞凋亡及其基因调控。方法：慢性浅表性胃炎脾胃湿热证患者76例，分别与同病脾胃气虚证患者41例和健康人10名对照。在辩证基础上，检测胃粘膜细胞凋亡指数（AI）、凋亡基因相关蛋白p53、Bcl-2、Fas等指标。结果：（1）脾胃湿热组和脾胃气虚组胃粘膜AI增加；（2）脾胃湿热组和脾胃气虚组p53、Bcl-2表达显著高于健康人组，脾胃湿热组Fas表达显著高于健康人组。结论：胃粘膜从正常→实证→虚证的变化过程中，细胞凋亡逐步增多。p53、Bcl-2、Fas表达参与细胞凋亡的调控与证侯形成的复杂性有关。

Study on Apoptosis Index and Its Gene Related Protein in Gastric Mucosa of Patients with Chronic Gastritis of Spleen-Stomach Damp-Heat Syndrome Type

Objective: To study the apoptosis and its gene regulation of gastric mucosa of patients with chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) of Spleen Stomach Damp Heat (SSDH) Syndrome type. Methods: The cell apoptosis Index (AI) and apoptotic gene related protein, including p53, Bcl 2 and Fas, in gastric mucosa of 76 patients with CSG of SSDH type were measured and compared with those in 41 patients with CSG of Spleen Stomach Qi Deficiency (SSQD) Syndrome type and 10 healthy persons. Results: AI increased in both groups of CSG patients. Various degree of abnormal expression of p53, Bcl 2 and Fas was found in both groups of CSG patients, but the changes in the patients of SSDH type were more obvious than those in the patients of SSQD type respectively. Conclusion: In the progression of gastric mucosa from normal to Sthenia Syndrome to Asthenia Syndrome, cell apoptosis increases gradually. Expressions of p53, Bcl 2 and Fas take part in the regulation and control of cell apoptosis, which are the factors that influence the complexity of Syndrome formation.
