| 摘 要： | 目的探讨儿童烫伤后歪扭手的整复处理要点。方法对10例儿童因热液烫伤后瘢痕增生并挛缩而形成的歪扭手采取分区处理、分期手术，并在术后采取以确实可靠的弹性压迫为主的综合康复治疗使非手术部位的增生瘢痕变平和脱位关节复位。结果10例歪扭手外形和功能基本恢复正常，但均有片状色素沉着或脱失而影响外观。结论分区处理、分期手术，并在术后采取以确实可靠的弹性压迫为主的康复治疗是整复儿童烫伤后歪扭手的关键。 |
