| 摘 要： | 选择腰椎间盘突出症患者51例随机分为两组，试验组35例采用经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸配合金针撬拨法治疗，对照组16例采用常规的经皮穿刺腰椎间盘切吸的方法，在放射线监视，局部麻醉下施术，同一疗效评定标准评定，结果试验组治疗优良率为94．29％，总有效率为97．14％，对照组优良率为68．75％，总有效率为93．75％，对脱出型腰是盘突出症的治疗优良率对照组为40％，试验组为83％，经统计学检验，试验组疗效优于对照组（P＜0．05）。

| Abstract: | Fifty-one cases of lumbar intervertebral disk hernia (LIDH) were randomly divided into the experimental group (n=35 cases) and the control group (n=16 cases), which were treated under X-ray guidance and local anaethesia by percutaneous puncture discectomy (PPD) and prying with needle (PN) and by routine PPD alone, respectively. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated with the same standard. The results showed that the excellent-good and total-effective rates of the experimental group were 94.29 % and 97.14 %, while those of the control group were 68.75 % and 93.75 %; and the excellent-good rate for prolapsed-type LIDH in the experimental group was 83 % but that in the control group was 40 %. Through the statistical treatment, the experimental group had an advantage over the control in the therapeutic effects (P < 0.05). |
