加味丹参饮预处理对缺血再灌注损伤家兔心功能的影响

目的 探讨加味丹参饮预处理对缺血再灌注损伤家兔心功能的影响。方法 32只健康家兔，随机分为假手术组(Sham)、缺血再灌注组(I／R)、加味丹参饮预处理组(DP)和缺血预处理组(IP)，每组8只，分别预处理24h后行心肌缺血60min，再灌注120min，观察家兔左室收缩压(LVSP)、左室舒张期末压(LVDP)、左室压力最大上升速率( dp/dt max)、最大下降速率(-dp/dt max)。结果 DP和IP对缺血再灌注所致的LVSP和LVDP下降有显著的抑制作用，其中DP对LVDP作用尤为明显。两者对 dp/dt max和-dp/dt max变化无明显的影响。结论 加味丹参饮预处理对缺血再灌注损伤家兔心功能改变具有调节作用。

An Experimental Study on the Preconditioning Effects of Supplemented Salvia Beverage on the Cardiac Function of Rabbits with Ischemia Reperfusion Injury

Objective To investigate the preconditoning effects of Supplemented Salvia Beverage(SSB) on the cardiac function of rabbits with ischemia reperfusion(I/R) injury. Methods Thirty-two rabbits were included in this I/R study.They were randomly divided into four groups,i.e. Sham group(SG), I/R group(I/RG),SSB group(SSBG) and ischemia preconditioning group(IPG) and treated respectively with saline, SSB at a dosage of 5.86g/kg and ischemia for 5 min.by coronary artery occlusion followed reperfusion for 10 min. as a cycle.Then,observed were the parameners including left ventricle systolic pressure(LVSP),left velocity diastolic pressure(LVDP), the maximal rising velocity (+dp/dtmax) and the maximal falling velocity(-dp/dtmax). Results LVSP and LVDP were significantly changed following the treatment of SSB and IP among the animals of SSBG and IPG,while there were no significant effects seen on +dp/dtmax and -dt/dtmax following these two kinds of treatment respectively. Conclusion Preconditioning with SSB can antagonize the effects of ischemia reperfusion injury on the cardiac function of rabbits at some degrees.
