喉癌组织中p16基因蛋白的表达及临床意义

目的 探讨p16基因蛋白在喉癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法 采用免疫组织化学S—P法检测41例喉癌组织中p16基因蛋白的表达，并与12例癌旁正常组织作对照，进行分析比较。结果 41例喉癌组织中p16基因蛋白的阳性表达率为29．2％，12例癌旁正常组织中的阳性表达率为66．7％，二者具有显著性差异(P＜0．05)。p16基因蛋白的阳性表达率与喉癌病人的不同性别、年龄、病程、吸烟、饮酒、肿瘤部位和TNM分期以及有无淋巴结转移之间均无关(P＞0．05)。在喉癌组织的不同病理分级之间p16基因蛋白的阳性除表达率具有显著性差异(P＜0．01)。结论 p16基因在喉癌的发生发展过程中起着一定的作用，可作为判断喉癌恶性程度的一个重要参考指标。

CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE AND EXPRESSION OF p16 PROTEIN IN LARYNGEAI CARCINOMA

Objective Objective: To determine clinical significance and expression of p16 protein in Laryngeal Carcinoma tissues.Methods To detected expression of p16 protein in 41 cases Laryngeal Carcinoma tissues by immunohistochemical S-P method; 12 cases pericarcinoma tissues used as control and comparison.Results The positive expression rate of p16 protein was 29.2% in 41 cases laryngeal carcinoma tissues; 66.7% in 12 cases pericarcinoma tissues, which was significant difference (P<0.05). But were not significant difference in Laryngeal carcinoma patients with different sex,age,disease times, smoking, drinking, tumor sites and TNM stages . The level of p16 protein expression were not significantly higher in the groups with lymph node metastasis than in those without (P>0.05). The positive expression rate of p16 protein was significant difference among pathological stages of Laryngeal carcinoma tissues (P<0.01).Conclusion The results suggested that the p16 protein might play an important role in the development and progression of Laryngeal Carcinoma and should be used as an important reference marker of malignant degree of Laryngeal Carcinoma.
