| 摘 要： | 目的：分析X线、多排螺旋CT、MRI在寰枢椎脱位或不稳的诊断价值。方法：对寰枢椎脱位或不稳患者行颈椎中立侧位片、断层侧位片、过屈、过伸侧位片、开口位片、多排螺旋CT和MRI检查。结果：枕颈区先天性畸形16例，创伤性寰枢椎脱位或不稳12例，类风湿性关节炎1例，寰椎肿瘤2例。结论：对于寰枢椎脱位或不稳的诊断需结合X线片、多排螺旋CT和MRI综合分析。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the conventional radiography,multi slice spiral CT and MRI in diagnosis of atlantoaxial dislocation or instability. Methods Patients with atlantoaxial dislocation or instability were reviewed retrospectively. All patients were exa mined through conventional radiography, multi slice spiral CT and MRI. Results There were occipitocervical congenital deformity in 16 patients, post traumatic instability in 12, rheumatoid arthritis in 1 and tumor of atlas in 2. Conclusion The diagnosis of atlantoaxial dislocation or instability needs the combination of conventional radiography, multi slice spiral CT and MRI. |
