SEB双单克隆抗体免疫检测试剂盒研制

为了确定食品有否ＳＥＢ污染，我们以单抗１Ｄ２为包被抗体，２Ｄ１为酶标抗体，４２℃５小时为包被条件，研制了ＳＥＢ双单克隆抗体快速免疫检测试剂盒。在ＳＥＢ浓度为０．１～３０μｇ／Ｌ的范围内，浓度和测量的Ａ值呈直线相关，相关系数Ｒ＝０．９７８６，ａ＝－９．８９４５，ｂ＝３４．２４７７，检测灵敏度为０．１μｇ／Ｌ，人工样品回收率在９５％以上。该试剂盒具有快速、灵敏、准确的特点，适合医院、食品卫生检验单位使用

おhe immunoassay Kit for double monoclonal antibodies(McAb) against staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) was established.40 well microtest plates were coated with 1D2 McAb 42℃ 5 hours,McAb 2D1 was labled with horseradish peroxidese (HRP).The concentration (C) of SEB in sample varied from 01 to 30 μg/L,there was line correlation between C and A measured.The correlation coefficients R=09786,a=-98945,b=342477.Detection limit was 01μg/L.The recovery of SEB in contaminated food by the atifical was above 95%.The Kit for the detection SEB was rapid,sensitive and accuracy,it may use for the hospital,test department for food hygiene.
