| 摘 要： | 为评价焙氟沙星治疗伤寒的疗效，对１３０例伤寒进行随机分组双盲对照观察培氟沙星与诺氟沙星的疗效，另有２７例伤寒用培氟沙星治疗作开放试验。培氟沙星治疗９０例伤寒的显效率为９８．９％，体温恢复正常平均时间为４．２１±１．１９天。双盲对照试验表明培氟沙星临床疗效优于诺氟优于氯霉素。

| Abstract: | To evaluate the efficacy of pelfoxacin in treating typhoid fevcr and to compare itwith that of norfloxacin,the trial was designed as a stratified,double-blind rando-mized controlled study. 63 cases of typhoid fever were treated with pefloxacin and 67cases with norfloxacin. Another 27 cases were treated with pefloxacin alone as opentest.Results:(1)in pefloxacin-group cure rate and effective rate were 98.4% and l00%respectively. Whereas in norfloxacin-group,they were 79.1% and 80.6% respectively.The therapeutic effect of pefloxacin was statistically superior to that of norfloxacin.(2)duration of treatment from initiation to termination of negative bacterial cultureand fever was shorter in pefloxacin-group than norflovacin-group.(3)all of the strainsof salmonella typhi isolatcd from the patients were susceptible to pefloxacin.Antibacterial activity of pefloxacin was similar to that of norfloxacin. but supreiorto that of chloramphenicol. |
