应用加巴喷丁与羟考酮治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床观察

目的评价加巴喷丁、羟考酮治疗带状疱疹后神经痛的临床疗效及药物不良反应。方法带状疱疹后遗神经痛（PHN）患者98例，根据随机数字表分为3组：加巴喷丁组34例单纯口服加巴喷丁胶囊；羟考酮组31例单纯口服盐酸羟考酮治疗；联合治疗组33例同时服用加巴喷丁胶囊、羟考酮治疗。治疗1d、3d、7d、14d和28d后由专人采用视觉模拟评分（VAS）和睡眠质量评分（QS）分别评估患者的疼痛程度和睡眠质量，记录相关不良反应的发生率。结果与治疗前相比，治疗后各组患者VAS评分明显下降，QS评分显著升高，尤其是联合治疗组患者，其减轻疼痛、改善睡眠的程度和速度均显著优于加巴喷丁组和羟考酮组，其显效率、有效率分别达88．3％和100％。结论加巴喷丁、羟考酮均能显著改善PHN患者的临床症状，而二者联合使用则能更迅速、更有效地控制PHN患者的疼痛，显著改善睡眠，降低药物不良反应，增加患者的治疗信心和依从性，是目前临床治疗该病较为理想的方法，尤其适用于严重的PHN患者。

Therapeutic effect of gabapentin and oxycontin for postherpetic neuralgia

Objective To observe the efficacy of gabapentin and oxycontin in postherpetic neuralgia. Methods ninety-eight patients with postherpetic neuralgia (PNN) were randomly allocated to the following 3 groups : group gabapentin group (n=34) ;oxycontin group (n=31) and combination group (n=WK33). The degree of pain and quality of sleep were assessed by a blinded observer using Visual Analogue Scale (VAS) and Quality of Sleep (QS) on the 1st, 3rd, 7th, 14th,28thday after therapy respectively. Results The VAS scores and QS scores of all patients decreased significantly after therapy (P<0.05). Compared with gabapentin group and oxycontin group, the VAS scores and QS scores also reduced markedly in gabapentin plus lxycontin group (P<0.01). The obvious effective rate was 88.9% and the effective rate is 100% in gabapentin plus oxycontin group. Conclusion The combined application of gabapentin and oxyeontin relieves the degree of postherpetic neuralgia and improves the quality of sleep.
