| 摘 要： | 本文对胃癌癌前病变 c-erbB-2、p53基因蛋白的表达及胃炎消的治疗机制进行研究。结果表明,c-erbB-2及 p53蛋白在本组部分病例中有过度表达,其表达随病变进展逐渐升高;胃炎消能一定程度地降低 c-erbB-2蛋白的表达,提示其可能对 c-erbB-2的表达有一定调节作用,但对 p53蛋白的表达作用不明显,具体作用环节和原因尚待探讨。

| Abstract: | A study was carried out that expression of c-erbB-2 and p53 protein in precancer- ous lesions of gastric cancer(PLGC),and regulating effect of Wei Yan Xiao (WYX).The results showed that overexpression of c-erbB-2 and p53 protein can be detected in certain cases of PLGC, and the gradually increased with the progress of lesions.WYX reduced the overexpression of c- erbB-2 protein to some extent,but had no obvious regulating effect on the expression of p53 pro- tein.WYX probably can regulate the expression of c-erbB-2 protein,but its concrete mechanisms is required to be further studied. |
