| 摘 要： | 对32例老年胆囊穿孔患者进行了回顾性分析，结果表明：1）老年患者临床表现不典型，伴发病较多；2）穿孔发生率和误诊率高（28．1％）；3）有腹膜刺激征者，及时作诊断性腹穿，有胆汁性腹水者系诊断本病的重要依据；4）B超对胆囊穿孔者有较高的检出率（71．9％），有重要诊断价值；5）早期、合理的手术治疗是治疗成败的关键。

| Abstract: | Retrospective analysis of 32 aged patients with gallbladden perforation from Apr. 1979 to May 1995 were done. From the reslts we concluded that: (1) Aged patients had no classical manifestation and had more complication; (2) The rate of perforation and its misdianosis were high (28. 1 % ); (3) Diagnostic abdominal tapping should be performed for those who showed signs of peritoneal irritation and a bile-stained fluid is diagnostic; (4) BUltrasoun gave higher positive detective rate (71. 9% ): and was of greater value; (5) The key of successful treatment lies in earty and proper operation. |
