Exploring the psychlogical contract of teaching management staff in medical universities

Psychological contract is an important factor affecting the mental health of teaching management staff in medical universities. Psychological contract is a state of mental and physical exhaustion.Concerns about the burnout psychology of the teaching management staff are an essential link in team-building of human resources. In this article, the causes and the performance were analyzed and some effective measures were put forward to relieve such situation, such as establishing a "people-oriented" management philosophy, building the positive harmonious interpersonal atmosphere, improving the incentive mechanism, enhancing the communication, planing teachers occupation career, strengthening self-management of teachers, cultivating teachers' professional ethics etc.
