血卟啉衍生物对小鼠外周血淋巴细胞溶酶体膜及T、B淋巴细胞的作用

摘    要:本文研究腹腔注入不同剂量HPD对正常小鼠外周血淋巴细胞溶酶体膜及T、B淋巴细胞的影响。用外周血淋巴细胞ACP活力检测作为淋巴细胞溶酶体膜通透性改变的标志。研究结果指出,一次较大剂量和分次较小剂量腹腔注入HPD后1、3、7天均出现不同程度的ACP“0”分型百分数升高,也即ACP活力下降。这指出腹腔注入HPD对正常小鼠外周血淋巴细胞溶酶体膜通透性无明显的损害。在前者情况下T淋巴细胞百分数明显降低,B淋巴细胞百分数下降至零。在后者情况下也出现T、B淋巴细胞百分数的下降,其中B淋巴细胞百分数的改变与HPD注入剂量呈负相关。

Abstract:The effect of intraperitoneally injected hematoporpngrin derivative (HPD)on peripheral lymphocyte lysosomal membrane and T-, B- lymphocytes of normal mice was studied cytochemically. Estimation of lymphocyte acid phosphatase (ACP) activity was adopted as the marker of the change of lysosomal membrane permeability. The results showed that 1, 3, 7 days after single larger dose and fractional smaller dose of HPD injected intraperitoneally, ACP"0" type percentage elevated. It indicated the reduction of ACP activity and showed that no change of lymphocyte lysosomal membrane permeability was produced after intraperitoneal injection of HPD in normal mice. Under the former condition there was markeddrop of T- lymphocyte percentage and reduction of B- lymphocyte percentage to zero. Under the latter condition there was reduction of T-, B- lymphocytes. A negative correlation existed between the change of B- lymphocyte and the HPD dose. The action of intraperitoneally injected HPD on peripheral lymphocyte lysosomal membrane and the similarity and difference in the change of the peripheral T-. B- lymphocytes percentages produced by single and fractional HPD administration were discussed.
