胃肠再生复原技术治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的：探讨溃疡性结肠炎的有效治疗方法。方法：将30例患者随机分为治疗组（n=15）与对照组（n＝15），治疗组予以胃肠再生复原技术治疗，即口服美宝胃肠胶囊和柳氮磺胺吡啶（SASP），疗程1个月；对照组单纯口服SASP，疗程1个月。结果：治疗组：疾病完全缓解率为66．67％，总缓解率90．33％；对照组：完全缓解为26．67％，总缓解率60％；治疗组和对照组的完全缓解率、总缓解率组间均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：胃肠再生复原技术是治疗溃疡性结肠炎的简便有效方法，有推广价值。

Observation of the efficacy of gastro-intestine regenerative repair technique in the treatment of ulcerative colitis

Objective： To explore an efficacious method for treating ulcerative colitis. Method： 30 patients of this disease were divided randomly into 2 groups. In. the treatment groups, 15 patients were treated with gastro - intestine regenerative repair technique. MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule and SASP were applied orally. In control group, 15 patients were treated with oral administration of SASP alone. The treatment course was one month. Result： In treatment group, the complete remission rate was 66. 67% and the total remission rate was 90. 33%. In control group, the complete remission rate was 27.67% and the total remis- sion rate was 60%. The difference between the 2 groups was significant （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion： Gastro -intestine regenerative repair technique is an effective method for treating ulcerative colitis. It is easy to apply and worthy to be popularized.
