目的:对葡萄糖酸钙注射液析出问题进行探讨。方法:1.对配制后的溶液采用静置与回流。2.增加稳定剂(乳酸和氢氧化钙)的用量。3.升高消毒温度和延长消毒时间。结果:可增加葡萄糖酸钙注射液的稳定性,从而减少白色结晶的析出。结论:在制备和贮存中,葡萄糖酸钙注射液常常会有白色结晶析出,其改革后的方法值得推广。

Analysis of Unstable Cause of Calcium Gluconate Injection

Objectives: To explore the cause of deposition for calcium gluconate injection. Methods; 1) The calcium gluconate solution was kept at stable state for 12 hours after boiled, and then it was put to reflux. 2) The stabilizator(lactic acid and calcium alkaline were added. 3) The sterilizing temperature was raised and sterilizing time was prolonged. Result: The stability of calcium gluconate injection was increased to decrease the separation of drug. Conclusions: The instability of calcium gluconate injection may be kept by the modified technique, it is worthy to be popularized and used.
