| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨三维超声检查对宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)异位的临床诊断价值.方法 对 74 例二维超声检查拟诊 IUD 异位患者,采用三维超声多平面成像方法,系统观察 IUD 的形态、位置及与官腔、肌壁的关系,并和术中所见进行对比分析.结果 74 例患者经手术证实,33 例为 IUD 完全异位,41 例为 IUD 部分异位.术中所见与三维超声诊断符合率为100%;超声检查均清晰显示特征性三维图像改变,异位 IUD 均经手术一次性取出,未发生任何手术并发症.结论 三维超声多平面成像直观清晰、立体感强、定位准确,对诊断 IUD 异位有非常广阔的临床应用前景.子宫内膜以及子宫浆膜层的完整性是检查时重要的定位标志.
