多潘立酮、铝碳酸镁联用氟哌噻吨治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

目的:探讨联用氟哌噻吨治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。方法:83例慢性浅表性胃炎(非萎缩)患者随机分为两组。对照组(41例)给予多潘立酮10mg,3次/天,铝碳酸镁1.0g,3次/天,疗程2周;治疗组(42例)在多潘立酮和铝碳酸镁治疗的基础上,加用氟哌噻吨,每天早晨和(或)中午口服,每次1mg,治疗2周。疗程结束后进行总疗效及单项疗效比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.9%,高于对照组的73.2%(P<0.05)。治疗组上腹胀、早饱、嗳气的缓解率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。而上腹痛和上腹不适缓解率两组差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在多潘立酮和铝碳酸镁治疗的基础上,联用氟哌噻吨能提高治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的疗效。

Combination therapy of flupenthixol,domperidone and hydrotalcite for chronic gastritis

Objective： To investigate the effect of flupenthixol combined with domperidone and hydrotalcit on chronic superficial gastritis. Methods：Eighty-three patients with chronic superficial gastritis were randomized into two groups. The control group（41 cases） were given domperidone 10 mg and hydrotalcite 1.0 g 3 time per day for 2 weeks. The treatment group（42 cases） were given one pill of flupenthixol in the morning and/or at noon for two weeks. The total response rate and the effect on each symptom between the two groups were analyzed statistically. Results：The total response rate in the treatment group （92.9%） was higher than that in the control group （73.2%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The remission rates of epigastric distention, early satiety and belching were higher in the treatment group than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The remission rates of the upper abdominal pain or epigastric discomfort were not significantly different between the two groups（P 〉0.05）. Conclusions： Flupenthixol combined with domperidone and hydrotalcite can improve the therapeutic effect on chronic superficial gastritis.
