肺部炎性假瘤的CT表现

目的：研究肺炎性假瘤的CT影像，探讨其相对特异的CT表现。方法：分析13例手术病理证实的肺炎性假瘤的CT材料，结合文献复习，评价其影像表现的诊断意义。结果：13例肺炎性假瘤中，12例为圆形或类圆形，6例发生于右肺下叶，左肺下叶占4例。9例病变边缘清楚，4例出现毛刺影，3例与胸膜粘连。7例病变内见不同程度低密度影，其中2例出现点状钙化，1例出现偏心性空洞。增强后7例出现强化，其中4例瘤体周边部强化较中央部明显。结论：CT发现肺内边界清楚的孤立性类圆形肿块，增强后病灶周围强化程度高于中心部，又不具有小肺癌或结核球的通常特点的应首先考虑炎性假瘤。

CT findings of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor

To study the relatvely specific CT manifestations of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor.Methods The CT imaging material of 13 cases of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor confirmed pathologically were evaluated, and the diagnostic significance of the manifestations of the images was studied in combmetion with review of literatures. Results 12 cases is roundness or similar roundness among of 13 pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor. There were 6 cases in lower lobe of right lung and 4 cases in lower lower lobe of left lung. 9 cases displayed sharply margin. 4 eases displayed skin needling, sticking with pleura in 3 eases. There were calcify dot like calcifications in 2 cases among of 7 eases being displayed lower - density, deceleration cavern in 1 case. 4 eases displayed more enhancement in the margin of lesion than in the center in 7 enhanced eases. Conclution If a tumor was displayed a sharply edge and solitary similar roundness in lung and more enhancement in the margin of tumor than in the center on CT, pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor shoud be considered at first.
