左心耳闭塞术预防心房颤动患者脑卒中的研究进展

心房颤动导致的血栓脱落是造成脑卒中的主要病因之一。尽管已经有证据表明长期口服华法林治疗可以降低心房颤动患者脑卒中的风险,但是,由于华法林在使用中存在诸多不便,限制了其临床应用。由于超过90%的心源性血栓来自左心耳,因此,左心耳封堵有可能降低高危患者卒中的风险。目前可以通过外科手术及介入治疗进行左心耳闭塞手术,介入方法创伤小、成功率高,为存在抗凝禁忌证或者不愿接受口服华法林抗凝治疗的患者提供了新的治疗选择。
