出生3天内新生儿惊厥原因临床分析

目的　探讨出生 3天内新生儿惊厥的临床特征及其脑损伤的防治途径。方法　对 176例出生 3天内新生儿惊厥进行临床分析 ,研究其惊厥发生特点、病因、疗效及预后。结果　出生 3天内新生儿惊厥主要表现为轻微型、局灶型。病因 :缺氧缺血性脑病 (HIE) 112例 (6 3.6 % ) ,颅内出血 2 6例 (14 .8% ) ,低钙血症 18例 (10 .2 % ) ,低血糖症 12例 (6 .8% ) ,176例中 14 0例 (79.5 % )有母亲异常妊娠分娩史。 12 0例头颅CT扫描均有脑损伤 ,其结果与病情严重程度密切相关。 3天内惊厥控制者预后良好。结论　出生 3天内新生儿惊厥主要表现为皮层下发作 ,其发生与围产期情况密切相关 ,病因HIE占首位 ,CT扫描对诊断脑损伤部位、范围、程度和性质有重要意义。注意围产期保健、及时诊断和处理 ,可减少脑损伤后遗症

Convulsions in neonate within 3 days

Objectives To research the clinical featerse of convulsions in neonate within 3 days and the way of prebenfing them from brain injury.Methods The clinical analysis on 176 cases of convulsions in neonate within 3 days were perforned,and the attack characteristics of convulsions,Pathogeny,traetment effect and prognosis were researched.Results Convulsions in neonate within 3 days mainly appears to be:the light or topical pattern carses of the disease were:anoxic-ischenic encephalopathy(HLE,112 cases,63.6%).First:of all intracranial henorrhage(26 cases,14.8%) secondly,hypocalccenia(18 cases,10.2%) thirdly,hypoglycaemia(12 cases, 6.8%) fourthly,140 of 176 cases(79.5%) had the abnormal gestation and delivery of mother,and 120 cases showed the brain injury of varing degrees,and the results were closely related to patient conditions.The patient convulsions were con-trolled in 3 days with a godd prognosis.Conclusions subcortical attack is the main form of conditions of aromanifestation.Convulsions of neonate within 3 days was closely related to theund deliver.HIE is the first essential pathogen.The CT examination of brain is a significant way in determining the period of around delivery,and make timely diagnosis and give prompt treat-ment may reduce the brain injury and seguelaes.
