| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨PRVC模式在新生儿HMD治疗中的应用。方法 对我院NICU中确诊的22例新生儿HMD行气管插管及PRVC模式呼吸机辅助呼吸进行分析。结果 PRVC模式的小通气量能降低新生儿HMD死亡率；结论 PRVC模式适于新生儿HMD。

| Abstract: | Objctive: To study the PRVC modle of medical treatment in newborn HMD. Methods: A retrospective study was performed to analyse the clinical data in 22 patients with HMD. Results: The low TiV can discrease the fatality rate of HMD. Conclusion: The PRVC modle is fit to treat the newborn HMD. |
