小细胞肺癌的手术治疗

目的手术治疗在小细胞肺癌中的应用。方法对19例小细胞肺癌进行根治性切除,对手术指征、手术前后的化放疗进行临床分析。结果 19例中肺叶切除16例,全肺切除3例,无手术死亡及严重并发症。Ⅰ期、Ⅱ期、Ⅲa期三年生存率分别为87.5%、57.1%、25.0%。结论手术在小细胞肺癌治疗中占有重要的一席之地。小细胞肺癌治疗应包括手术、化疗、放疗的综合性治疗,各种治疗措施秩序的排放和衔接非常重要。
